It conducts business in the fields of Operation, Maintenance, Training, General Trading & Contracting and importing of equipment and fittings. ASAS Universal Co. Ltd. include highly qualified and experienced staff, which enable the company to execute programs and projects requiring high experience and technology and compete with foreign companies working in similar fields.

ASAS Universal Co. Ltd. started its business in 1406H (1986G) as a sole Saudi establishment with a capital of SR 1,000,000.00. In March 1990 ASAS Universal was changed into a Limited Liability Company managed by a Board of Directors. The capital was raised to SR 8,000,000.00 to support its presence and activities at the following fields:

• Operation & Maintenance of Buildings, Electro-Mechanical Facilities, Electronic Systems, Medical Centers and Clubs. ASAS is also executing and managing Military Technical Support Programs.

• General Commercial Commitments, Supply of Electronic Systems, Military Communication Equipment, Air Navigational Systems and Ground Equipment.

• Design and executing decor works and the supply of furniture for large Projects.

•  Design and study of Medical Laboratories.

• Supply and installation of Medical Laboratory equipment.

•  Building General Contracting.

General management is consolidated to support all fields of activities by the use of essential technicians and executives.
