Studies and Furniture Supply:
Unlike the usual method of soliciting best offers and
quotations, complying closely with a clients standards and
specifications, procurement within ASAS Universal is an
interrelated concept. It is based on technical and financial
studies specifically tailored to satisfy the absolute
requirements of a project and it’s objectives. Due to the
cooperation with the French Kocache Company, ASAS Universal
Co. Ltd. signed the first contract with the Ministry of
Interior worth SR 5,000,000.00 to execute the first phase of
furnishing the Ministry of Interior new Building.
A team of specialized engineers in ASAS Universal and
cooperating companies will thoroughly study the order or
tender, contact the client as may be necessary, and
precisely define the requirements and specifications. They
will point out the objectives, which have to be achieved for
successful completion. This concept has been successfully
proven in the study and design of interior decoration and
furniture procurement for the new office building complex of
the Ministry of Interior in Riyadh (Phase II). The Project
was awarded to ASAS Universal Co. Ltd. in joint venture with
Kocache Company; a French designer and supplier of
furniture. It was completed for a contract price of SR
70,000,000.00.
Recently, ASAS Universal succeeded alone, in winning a
contract to design and install the furniture for the Saudi
Research & Marketing International Holding Co. Ltd. (the
cost of this contract exceeded the sum of SR 10,000,000.00).
This field is considered a secondary area of activities,
therefore the participation of the company in this field
depends upon the opportunity according to the companies
viewpoints.
